About this speaker
High energy, pragmatic, with quad-modal thinking preference, TaJuanna is a serial optimist. She learned early that she had the innate ability to orchestrate concepts into realities. After emerging from a public divorce at a time when she was soaring professionally, TaJuanna aligned with her deep longing to shift her generational trajectory. Pushed by external distress, she resigned from traditional employment and launched three businesses. As a single mom, TaJuanna grew increasingly thrusted by her faith and broke the ceiling to her income potential in the process.
Whether consulting, coaching, or developing professionals, TaJuanna delights in satisfactorily leading highly supported initiatives through vetted project execution strategies and methodologies. TaJuanna also enjoys workshop facilitation and strengthening teams by delivering project specific trainings; teaching how to progress from concept to completion and access the benefits of success; professionally and personally.
With over 15 years Project Management experience, TaJuanna has navigated countless challenges with the priorities of keeping humanity first and leveraging the power of communication. She believes in servant leadership, enjoys inspiring people, and propelling others to achieve results. TaJuanna has specifically been acknowledged for establishing and sustaining best practices, healthy organizational culture, and executing processes and systems. TaJuanna has been awarded over 9 times in the areas of leadership, social impact, implementation, and exemplary service.
Among her many professional credentials, TaJuanna is most enthused about her accomplishment of being an eccentric, yet pragmatic “Mommy” to a very red haired, humorous, and sophisticated daughter.
